The local committee chairpersons should create awareness about this committee throughout the district.<br \/>\nKnowledge is life, ignorance is death. Women should gain knowledge. Education has great power, and they should get good education and come forward in all fields. The reason why women are living in this society with courage and respect is because of Ambedkar&#8217;s constitution.<br \/>\nThe committees have been formed in the background of the Supreme Court&#8217;s directive to form an internal complaints committee so that girls should be healthy and work peacefully. If there are any problems in the office, a complaint should be made to the internal complaints committee.<br \/>\nThere is a women&#8217;s helpline number 181 to listen to and respond to any problems of girls and this should be used. All kinds of help are available at the &#8216;Sakhi&#8217; center for victims of sexual violence.<br \/>\nWomen should know about all the facilities provided by the government and use them. The government has declared one day of menstrual leave in a month for all women employees. He said that superiors should not cause any kind of problem in granting this leave.<br \/>\nSundar Rajan, who participated as a resource person, gave information about the internal complaints committee.<\/p>\n<p>The program was attended by Karnataka State Women&#8217;s Commission Secretary Roop, District Legal Services Authority Member Secretary M.S.
