ಜಗತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲೇ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಶ್ರೇಷ್ಠವಾದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನವೆಂದರೆ ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ. ಬಹು ವೈವಿಧ್ಯಮಯವಾದ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಎಲ್ಲರೂ ಒಗ್ಗೂಡಿ ಬಾಳಲು ಮತ್ತು ಸಾರ್ಥಕವಾಗಿ ಸಾಧನೆ ಮಾಡಲು ಭಾರತ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಮಾರ್ಗದರ್ಶನ ಮಾಡುತ್ತದೆ. ಇಂದು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆ ಬೋಧಿಸುವದಷ್ಟೇ ಮಾತ್ರವಲ್ಲ ಅದರಂತೆ ಅನುಸರಿಸಬೇಕು. ಆಗ ಭಾರತ ದೇಶ ಸಮೃದ್ಧವಾಗಿ ಬೆಳೆಯಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಕುವೆಂಪು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಕುಲಪತಿ, ಪ್ರೊ. ಶರತ್ ಅನಂತಮೂರ್ತಿ ಅವರು ಅಭಿಪ್ರಾಯಪಟ್ಟರು.

ಅವರು ಕುವೆಂಪು ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಆಡಳಿತ ಭವನದಲ್ಲಿ ಬುಧವಾರ ಏರ್ಪಡಿಸಿದ್ದ 76ನೇ ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ದಿನಾಚರಣೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದರು.

ಭಾರತದ ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ಜಗತ್ತಿನ ವಿವಿಧ ದೇಶಗಳ ಸಂವಿಧಾನಗಳ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮ ಅಂಶಗಳನ್ನು ಒಳಗೊಂಡ ಅತ್ಯುತ್ತಮವಾದ ಶಾಸನಾತ್ಮಕ ದಾರಿದೀಪ. ಇದರ ಶ್ರೇಯ ಡಾ. ಬಿ. ಆರ್. ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಸಂವಿಧಾನ ರಚನಾ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಸಲ್ಲಬೇಕು ಎಂದರು.

ಕಾರ್ಯಕ್ರಮದಲ್ಲಿ ಕುಲಸಚಿವ ಎ ಎಲ್ ಮಂಜುನಾಥ್, ಹಣಕಾಸು ಅಧಿಕಾರಿ ಪ್ರೊ. ರಮೇಶ್, ದೂರ ಶಿಕ್ಷಣ ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಾಲಯದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಪ್ರೊ.ಜಗನ್ನಾಥ್ ಡಾಂಗೆ, ಅಂಬೇಡ್ಕರ್ ಅಧ್ಯಯನ ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ನಿರ್ದೇಶಕ ಪ್ರೊ. ನೆಲ್ಲಿಕಟ್ಟೆಎಸ್. ಸಿದ್ದೇಶ್, ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕರು ಮತ್ತು ಅಧ್ಯಾಪಕೇತರ ಸಿಬ್ಬಂದಿ ಭಾಗವಹಿಸಿದ್ದರು.

ವಿಶ್ವವಿದ್ಯಾಲಯದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವಿಭಾಗಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಮುಖ್ಯಸ್ಥರು ಪ್ರಸ್ತಾವನೆಯನ್ನು ಬೋಧಿಸಿದ್ದು ವಿಶೇಷವಾಗಿತ್ತು.

دنیا کا بہترین آئین ہندوستان کا آئین ہے۔ ہندوستان کا آئین ہر ایک کو ایک ساتھ رہنے اور متنوع ملک ہندوستان میں بامعنی کامیابی حاصل کرنے کی رہنمائی کرتا ہے۔ آج تجویز کو نہ صرف پڑھایا جائے بلکہ اس کے مطابق عمل بھی کیا جائے۔ تب ہندوستان خوشحالی کے ساتھ ترقی کر سکے گا، کویمپو یونیورسٹی کے وائس چانسلر، پروفیسر شرتھ اننتمورتی نے کہا۔

انہوں نے یہ بات بدھ کو کویمپو یونیورسٹی ایڈمنسٹریشن بلڈنگ میں منعقدہ 76ویں یوم دستور کی تقریب سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے کہی۔

ہندوستان کا آئین ایک بہترین قانون سازی کی روشنی ہے جس میں دنیا کے مختلف ممالک کے آئین کے بہترین پہلوؤں پر مشتمل ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس کا کریڈٹ ڈاکٹر بی آر امبیڈکر اور آئین مسودہ سازی کونسل کے تمام اراکین کو جانا چاہیے۔

رجسٹرار اے ایل منجوناتھ، فائنانس آفیسر پروفیسر رمیش، ڈائرکٹر آف ڈسٹنس ایجوکیشن پروفیسر جگناتھ ڈانگے، امبیڈکر اسٹڈی سینٹر کے ڈائرکٹر پروفیسر نیلی کٹے ایس سدیش، فیکلٹی اور غیر تدریسی عملہ نے شرکت کی۔

خاص بات یہ تھی کہ یونیورسٹی کے تمام شعبوں کے سربراہان نے بیک وقت پریزنٹیشن دی۔

The best constitution in the world is India’s. The Constitution of India guides everyone to live together and achieve meaningful success in a diverse country like India. Today, this proposition should not only be taught but also implemented. Then India will be able to develop with prosperity, said Coimbatore University Vice-Chancellor Prof. Sharath Ananthamurthy.

He said this while addressing the 76th Constitution Day celebrations held at the Coimbatore University Administration Building on Wednesday.

The Constitution of India is a beacon of the best legislation that contains the best elements of the constitutions of different countries in the world. He said that the credit for this should go to Dr. B. R. Ambedkar and all the members of the Constitution Drafting Board.

Registrar A.L. Manjunath, Finance Officer Prof. Ramesh, Director of Distance Education Prof. Jagannath Dange, Director of Ambedkar Studies Centre Prof. Neelikatte S. Sudesh, faculty and non-teaching staff participated.

What is special is that the heads of all the departments of the university gave presentations simultaneously.
